We will gladly offer you a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order, except on posters and non-returnable items.

To return an item(s), please use our "Easy Return Form" and include a copy of the form with your return package.  

Items returned for refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, less shipping costs.

Postage for any exchange or return is the customer's responsibility. We will cover the costs of shipping back to you any exchanges. To ensure your shipment arrives safely, please send an email to help@amesbros.com notifying us that you are sending us a return or exchange package (preferably with the tracking number). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unworn, not washed & in the original packaging). We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.

Any orders returned to Ames Bros because they were left at the post office or we were given an incomplete/incorrect address will incur a second shipping and handling fee, this must be paid before your order will be re-shipped.

All refunds or exchanges must be resolved within 10 days of delivery after 10 days orders are considered delivered and in acceptable condition.

In order to avoid any issues with your shipment please remember to:
- Provide complete and correct shipping address information.
- Ensure the items in your cart are the items you intended to order.
- Ensure t-shirt sizing is correct and that is the size selected when you order. 
- Pick up your order at the post office before it is returned to us.
- Pay import tariffs on international orders.

No returns, refunds or exchanges on masks, posters and mystery bags.

Poster Sales
There are no returns on Posters.  Please contact us immediately regarding any damage caused in shipping. Due to a high volume of sales, posters typically ship in 2-4 weeks, regardless of shipping method selected at checkout.

If posters are returned to us or are unable to be shipped due to incorrect information supplied by the customer and/or a customer does not respond to email correspondences to rectify incorrect information in a timely and accurate manner, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of a minimum of twenty five percent(25%) and up to fifty percent(50%) of the selling price.

    Masks
    There are no returns on mask or mask filters for obvious health reasons. Please contact us immediately regarding any damage caused in shipping. 

    Mystery Bag Sales
    There are no returns on mystery bags. Please contact us immediately regarding any damage caused in shipping. 

    Holiday Sales
    Clothing orders placed from November 1st to December 25th are eligible for extended return period ending January 8th.
